Order Issues/Defective Items

If anything in your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please reach out and I will do my best to make it right. All sales will be considered final unless item is found to be defective.

In the case an item is defective - Sew Many Colours may offer a newly made item, a store credit or a refund if deemed appropriate. In the case of a defective item, the customer will have 14 days after receiving item to coordinate return/refund/credit. The tag must be still on the item (if applicable) and the item must not be used.

Discounted items that are described with specific flaws noted are final sale and no refunds will be granted.  These discount items are specifically marked down in price to reflect the flaws.
