Hi There! My name is Olivia and I am the face behind Sew Many Colours. I am a mom of 2 and a RN. I'm so glad you're here and hope you're just as excited about all these hand sewn goodies as I am.
The story behind "Sew Many Colours"
I've been sewing since I was a little girl. My interest started when my Grammie would show me what she was working on and she taught me so much of what I know. I'm now a mom of 2 little kiddos (just survived the thick of 2 under 2) and I really started to bring my love of sewing to the forefront. I created Sew Many Colours in memory of my beautiful, talented, inspiring Grammie Frances Wentzell who always put everyone else before herself. Sew Many Colours started as an array of patchwork jackets and vests for my kiddos based on the beloved song "Coat of Many Colours" by Dolly Parton and has now involved to bags, kids accessories and so much more along with a lot of custom orders! My dream has always been to share my hand sewn goodies with the world and starting my business means I am well underway. Thanks for being here and I can't wait to share this journey with you.
